Baby: It involves two Choux pastry rings. First one cut into half = top and bottom. The other Choux ring is placed in the middle and on top of the base. Praline mouse is then pipped onto the middle ring and then sandwiched with the top. When you cut it; it will look exactly like my picture. Thats why the cream looks semi circle.
