12th December 2009: Class 2

A sneak peek of what happens during the 2nd Wilton Class.
For a start, there will be a demo on how to hold on the piping bags and read the clock and directions instructions on the Wilton Course 1 book.




The icing filled should never exceed the length of four finger's height

The process of piping the stars design out of Star tip 16#


The stars should sit precise and well cling against one another
leaving no tiny hole if you flip the practise board



Drawing the Curving Line with tip 16#
Always start on the surface of the cake, pipe and move along slightly above the cake
End on the surface, release pressure from the pipe bag and move away
