3rd Dec 2010: St Honore


The St Honore is a very french dessert. Well known. Simply delightful to have. Base made of sweet pastry lined with choux pastry that is dipped in caramelized sugar and a line of chiboust cream. We don't need to know how to eat it. Just take a choux, dip it in chiboust cream and bite off the base!
