9th Dec 2010: Merry Christmas 2010



Times flies and before I know I'm wishing Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all my friends! May this Christmas be as wonderful and as joyous for you as every other year. If it's been a slight rough tide - chin up because 2011 is on it's way! A new beginning as we always say - new resolutions to be made. But before that, have you been a good boy/girl? Santa is on it's way.

3rd Dec 2010: St Honore


The St Honore is a very french dessert. Well known. Simply delightful to have. Base made of sweet pastry lined with choux pastry that is dipped in caramelized sugar and a line of chiboust cream. We don't need to know how to eat it. Just take a choux, dip it in chiboust cream and bite off the base!
